Drafting with Bee (AI)

Bee is Clinic24x7's visit assistant. You describe the visit the way you'd tell a colleague, and Bee turns it into a draft: complaint, diagnosis, procedures with tooth numbers, plan, medicines with doses, and the next visit. You always check and save. Bee never saves anything by itself.

Drafting a visit

1. In Quick Visit, speak into the microphone (Chrome or Edge) or type in the box.
2. Say "draft it", or press Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on Mac).
3. "Bee is drafting from these words." Your words stay in the box until the draft is ready. If anything goes wrong, nothing is lost.
4. The draft appears in the sections. Bee checks, prices and matches everything to your service and medicine lists before it lands in the draft.
5. Correct anything by tapping it, or say a correction ("make it 46, not 36") and draft again.
6. Review and save as usual (see Quick Visit).

How to talk to Bee

Open How to talk to Bee in Quick Visit for tips. In short:

• Say tooth numbers (FDI): "36", "lower left first molar" also works.
• Say what's done vs. planned: "RCT started on 36, crown planned after".
• Medicines with dose, frequency and days: "amox 500 tds 5 days, ibuprofen 400 sos".
• The next visit: "review after one week, evening". Bee books it in the doctor's free time.
• Mention why the patient came and what you found, so the consultation note is complete.

Example:

Pain lower left back tooth since 3 days, deep caries 36 tender on percussion, irreversible pulpitis. RCT started today, access opening and BMP done. Crown after RCT. Amox 500 tds 5 days, ibuprofen 400 sos. Review after one week evening.

Dictation works in Indian English, and English mixed with local words is fine. On the mobile app you can also dictate in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati or Bengali. Pick the default under Settings → AI dictation language. Bee always writes the draft in English.

What happens to your words

• Your words are sent to Clinic24x7's AI provider to make the draft. Contact details (phone numbers, emails) and the patient's name are removed from the text first.
• The draft uses only your clinic's own service and medicine lists and prices.
• Every draft and save is recorded against your name.

If drafting fails

If the AI is unavailable or slow, you'll see a message on the visit. Your words are still in the box. Choose:

• Try again, or
• Pick out what I can: the free keyword reader adds what it recognises, with no AI involved, or
• fill the rest in by hand.

A visit is never stuck because of AI.

Helping Bee get better

After saving, How well did Bee draft this visit? asks for a quick rating, with an optional "What did it get wrong?" Your feedback is read by the Clinic24x7 team and used to improve drafting.
