Your clinic website
Publish a free landing page for your clinic at clinic24x7.in/c/your-clinic, put it on Google Maps, and get appointment requests in Leads.
Every clinic on Clinic24x7 gets its own web page: "Your clinic's own page on the internet — share it, put it on Google Maps, and get appointment requests straight into Leads." Most clinics use it as the Website link on their Google Business Profile.
Open Clinic website in the sidebar (Clinic Admin).
What patients see
- Your logo, name, tagline and a large photo.
- Call, WhatsApp and Book visit buttons, which stay at the bottom of the screen on phones.
- Whether you're open now, and your weekly hours.
- Your services (with or without prices, your choice) and your doctors.
- Patient testimonials, your Google rating link, a photo gallery.
- Facilities, frequently asked questions, a map and directions.
- An appointment request form.
- In the footer, Your data & privacy, where patients can ask for their data (see Patient data requests).
The page is fast, works well on phones, and is built so Google can read it.
Setting it up
Page address
Choose your page address, for example clinic24x7.in/c/smile-dental-pune: small letters, numbers and
hyphens, 3 to 60 characters. Clinic24x7 checks it's free as you type. If you change it later, "the old
link will stop working — update it anywhere you've shared it."
Content
- Tagline: one line, for example "Gentle dental care for the whole family."
- About: a few lines about the clinic.
- Years of experience.
- Opening hours: for each day Open or Closed. Add a break / second shift for split hours. Copy Monday to every day saves typing.
- Facilities / highlights, for example Digital X-ray, Parking, Wheelchair access.
- Frequently asked questions: Add a question (up to 8). Leave empty to show sensible defaults.
- Which services to show, and whether to show prices. Whether to show doctors.
- Your Google Maps link.
Logo and photos
- Logo: square works best. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
- Clinic photos (up to 8): reception, treatment rooms, equipment, your team. The first one is the big photo at the top. Use Move earlier / later to reorder, and add a caption.
Testimonials
Real patient words are what new visitors trust most. Add a testimonial:
- Patient's name as shown: first name and initial is enough, and protects their privacy (for example Priya S.).
- What they said, Stars, Treatment (optional).
- Tick "The patient agreed to their words and name being shown on our public page." Required.
Publish
Click Save changes, then Publish my page. Use Copy link to share it and Open page to see it. Unpublish takes it offline (the address shows not found until you publish again).
The card Make your page stand out lists what's still missing: tagline, about text, logo, at least 3 photos, 3+ highlights, 3+ testimonials, your Google review link and Maps link.
Getting on Google Maps
The page walks you through it:
- Go to
business.google.comand add or claim your clinic (free). - Verify it. Google sends a code by call, SMS, email or video.
- In your profile, set Website to your page link.
- Copy your profile's Share link and paste it as your Google Maps link.
- Copy the Ask for reviews link into Clinic Settings → Google review link, so the page and your review requests use it.
Appointment requests
The Book visit form asks the patient's name, mobile number, preferred day and time, and what they need help with, plus permission to contact them. Each request appears in Leads as an Online booking. Call the patient back and book the appointment. Nothing is booked or sent automatically.
Updates to your page show online within a few minutes.
