What Clinic24x7 does, who uses which part of it, and how these docs are organised.
Clinic24x7 is software for running a dental clinic in India. It keeps your patients, appointments, clinical notes, treatment plans, prescriptions, consent forms and bills in one place, and sends your patients WhatsApp reminders automatically, so your team spends less time on paperwork and phone calls.
You use it in a web browser on any computer, and on an Android phone with the Clinic24x7 app.

Who does what
Everyone at the clinic signs in with their own account. What they see depends on their role.

New to Clinic24x7?
- The clinic owner signs in and follows Setting up your clinic.
- They add each staff member from Users (see Staff accounts). Everyone gets an email to set their password.
- Front-desk staff read Registering patients and Booking appointments.
- Doctors read Quick Visit.
That's enough to see your first patient. Everything else can be learned as you need it.
