The mobile app
Run the clinic day from an Android phone — schedule, Quick Visit, billing, follow-up lists, lab cases and letters.
The Clinic24x7 Android app is made for the clinic day: in the chair, at the front desk, and on the go. Clinic setup (services, staff, settings, your website) stays on the web app, where a big screen makes it easier.
Getting the app
The Android app is currently distributed by the Clinic24x7 team. Ask us through Help & support and we'll send your clinic an install link. Sign in with the same email and password as on the web.
The tabs

Quick Visit on the phone
Quick Visit is the way to run a visit in the app. It works like the web version (see Quick Visit), designed for one hand:
- Tap teeth on the tooth chart, use quick-add chips and visit kits.
- Dictate in English or an Indian language (set the default under Settings → AI dictation language).
- After saving, collect payment with a UPI QR (share or download it), or leave it for the front desk.
- Letters: make a referral letter, a fitness/medical certificate or a treatment summary for the patient as a PDF (Make PDF — print or share). See Lab cases and letters.
- Add lab work to send a crown, bridge or denture case to the lab.
Work lists
Under Analytics and Action required, short lists to work through, each with a WhatsApp button that opens the chat in your own WhatsApp:

Each shows "Not contacted yet" until someone reaches out, so the team doesn't call the same patient twice.
Billing on the phone
Create invoices, record payments and view them from a patient or a saved visit. Billing lists recent invoices.
Settings
- Appearance: light, dark or follow the phone.
- Auto-lock: sign out after inactivity. Recommended on shared phones.
- AI dictation language: the default language for dictation.
- Sign out.
Help and renewal
Support lets you report a problem and follow replies, like the web. If your plan has ended, the app opens on Renew.
