Statuses explained
Every status a record can have in Clinic24x7, what it means, and what moves it on.
Appointment
| Status | Meaning | Moves on with |

| Confirmed | Patient has confirmed | Check In → Checked In · No Show · Cancel |
| Checked In | Arrived, waiting | Start → In Progress |
| In Progress | In the chair | Complete → Completed |
| Completed | Done, read-only | — |
| Cancelled | Won't happen, slot freed | — |
| No Show | Didn't come | — |
Scheduled, Confirmed and Checked In appointments can also be rescheduled.
Consultation
Draft → In Progress → Completed, or Cancelled.
Treatment plan
| Status | Meaning |

| Draft | Being prepared |
| Proposed | Presented to the patient |
| Accepted | Patient agreed |
| Declined | Patient said no (final) |
| In Progress | Treatment has started |
| Completed | All done |
| Expired | Not decided before Valid until |
| Cancelled | Withdrawn by the clinic |
Plan items: Pending · Scheduled · Multi-visit (started, needs more sittings) · Completed · Cancelled.
Procedure
In Progress → Completed, or Cancelled.
Prescription
Draft → Issued, or Cancelled.
Consent form
Awaiting Signature → Signed / Signed (Paper) / Declined. Any form can be marked Void if it was made by mistake.
Invoice
Draft → Issued → Partially Paid → Paid, or Cancelled.
Payment
Pending · Successful · Failed · Voided (never received) · Refunded.
Patient
Active · Inactive (can be reactivated) · Archived (permanent).
Lead
New · Contacted · Converted · Lost.
Doctor
Active · On leave · Inactive · Retired (permanent).
User account
Pending Email Verification · Pending Password Change · Active · Locked (temporarily, after wrong passwords) · Inactive.
Lab case
At the lab → Back — ready to fit → Fitted. From "Back — ready to fit" a case can go back to the lab for a Remake. Open cases can be Cancelled.
Patient data request

| Verified | Identity confirmed. Data can be shared or erased |

| Closed — not acted on | Couldn't verify, not a patient, duplicate, or withdrawn |

Open · In progress · Waiting for your reply · Resolved · Closed.
Messages
Queued · Processing · Sent · Delivered · Read · Failed.
