| Catalog | The standard list of dental services and medicines you can add from |
| Clinic Admin | The role for clinic owners and managers |
| Consent (data) | The patient's agreement to their data being used (core processing) and to messages (communications) |
| Consent form | A signed agreement to a specific treatment |
| Consultation | The clinical note for one visit |
| Data request | A patient asking for a copy, or deletion, of their data |
| DPDP Act | India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 |
| Draft | A record that's saved but not final |
| FDI numbering | The two-digit tooth numbering used throughout (11–48 adults, 51–85 children) |
| Favourite | A saved prescription you can add in one tap |
| GSTIN | Your clinic's GST registration number |
| Issue | Make a prescription or invoice final. Issued records can't be edited |
| Lead | Someone who enquired but isn't a patient yet |
| Lab case | Work sent to a dental lab, tracked until fitted |
| Medical alert | An allergy, condition or regular medicine recorded for safety checks |
| Multi-visit | A plan item that's started and needs more sittings |
| No Show | A confirmed patient who didn't come |
| Patient number | The unique number for each patient in your clinic, for example PAT-000123 |
| Plan (subscription) | What your clinic pays for, and which features it includes |
| Practice mode | Quick Visit without saving, for learning |
| Procedure | Treatment actually performed, which is what gets billed |
| Quick phrase | A saved sentence you can insert into a field |
| Quick Visit | Recording a whole visit on one screen |
| Ready for billing | Completed Quick Visit work waiting for the front desk to bill |
| Recall | A reminder to come back: for unfinished treatment (automatic message) or a routine check-up (mobile list) |
| Role | Clinic Admin, Doctor or Receptionist: decides what you can do |
| Service | A treatment you offer, with a price and GST |
| Start Visit | The step-by-step visit wizard |
| Template (WhatsApp) | A pre-approved message format WhatsApp requires for business messages |
| Treatment plan | The list of treatment a patient needs, with prices |
| Visit kit | A saved Quick Visit you can reuse in one tap |
| Void | Mark a record invalid because it was made by mistake |
